30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at atlas.management.hi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or altered
- Items returned without prior authorization
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
